Apartment within the luxury residential Playa Macenas Beach & Golf Resort where you can enjoy a quiet stay and visit the best landscapes and beaches of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. On the lower floor are the bedrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed (one with a private full bathroom) and another bedroom with a bunk bed for 3 people. The two bathrooms on the ground floor have a shower. On the ground floor, two bedrooms lead to a private garden area (equipped with an awning) where you can relax or have an outdoor barbecue. Through this exterior garden you can access a 50x10m pool where access to it is restricted and only the owners of the houses next to the pool have access, which is normally empty. The residential has all services, it has direct access from the street to the residential area through a security surveillance area to control anyone who accesses it, offering full security. It has up to 4 free access swimming pools distributed throughout the residential area and an outdoor exercise area, soccer and petanque courts.
